Get Ready for Some Egg-citing New Features!

A brand-new batch of features is hatching in Minecraft’s latest snapshot and beta preview, and trust us, you won’t want to miss this! From revamped spawn eggs to wolves with unique voices and leaf litter that blends into its biome, there’s plenty to explore. Let’s dive in!
Spawn Eggs Get a Makeover!
Creative mode just got a whole lot cuter! Spawn eggs now reflect the mobs they summon, making it easier than ever to grab the right one. Whether it’s an axolotl, a panda, or even the Wither (yes, even that looks adorable now), these eggs now sport matching colors and patterns.
Oh, and did we mention the three new egg sizes? Whether your spawn is small, medium, or large, you’ll be able to tell at a glance. More convenience, more cuteness—what’s not to love?
Wolves Find Their Voice
Wolves are no longer just howling in unison! With this update, every wolf will spawn with one of seven unique sound profiles, adding personality to your pack. Whether your furry friend is playful, grumpy, or somewhere in between, you’ll hear it in their barks, growls, and whines.
Who knew I needed even more wolves? (Spoiler: I do.)
Leaf Litter Now Matches Its Biome
If you’ve ever crunched through fallen leaves on a crisp autumn day, you’ll love this update. Leaf litter now changes color depending on its biome! Whether you’re wandering through a lush forest, a dark woodland, or a rugged badlands, the ground will feel even more alive.
