What it does
When you run certain commands in Minecraft, the output often names biomes, features and structures by their identifiers. 标识符翻译 (Identifier Translation) shows translated names there instead. It applies to command feedback, which is the text you see after running a command. What you get also applies to command suggestions, which are the options offered while you type.
The project is listed under the Utility and Quality of Life category on Modrinth.
Where the translations come from
Biome translations are taken from the game's own language files. Structure translations come from the Minecraft Wiki. Feature translations also come from the Minecraft Wiki, but the project says they're available in Chinese only.
The repository's release notes also mention a feature translation for the cherry tree (樱花树), added for Simplified Chinese only. Honestly, they say translations for status effects and enchantment command suggestions were added as well.

Five commands are involved:
- /effect
- /enchant
- /fillbiome
- /locate
- /place
The repository notes tie status effect translations to /effect. They tie enchantment suggestion translations to /enchant.
Compatibility
The Modrinth page lists two mod loaders: Fabric and Quilt.
It lists these Minecraft versions: 1.20.1, 1.20, 1.19.4, 1.19.3, 1.19.2, 1.19.1 and 1.19. Treat that as the full list. Nothing in the project material says other versions work.
The page marks client side as required and server side as unsupported. In practice, install it in your own game and not on a server.
Dependencies and configuration
The project names three dependencies: Cloth Config, Fabric API and Fabric Loader. Make sure they are installed before you launch the game with this mod.
The mod keeps a JSON configuration file in the config folder of your game directory. That project text only says where the file is saved. It doesn't explain the individual settings, so open the file to see what it contains.
Who it suits
This mod is for players who use the commands above and want to read translated names where identifiers would otherwise appear. Because feature translations are Chinese only, players using other languages shouldn't expect features to be translated. Biome translations come from the game's language files, so they follow the translations the game provides.

The project is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only.
