What the mod does
When you switch or reload resource packs in vanilla Minecraft, the game normally pulls up a full loading screen and stops you from doing anything else until the process finishes. Remove Reloading Screen alters this setup directly. It makes resource packs load in the background, which lets you continue doing other activities while you wait for the assets to finish.
The mod keeps the game accessible during the reload process by stripping away the standard overlay. It removes everything from the reload screen except for the progress bar itself. Instead of waiting behind an intrusive screen, you only see a simple progress indicator tracking the asset reload. You can keep playing without interruption.
Platform support and environment
Remove Reloading Screen is strictly a client-side utility. The client side is marked as required for the mod to work, while the server side is completely unsupported. You should only install this file inside your local client mods folder. Installing it on a dedicated multiplayer server isn't supported.
On your computer, the mod runs on either Fabric or Neoforge mod loaders. Supported Minecraft versions are 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1, 1.21.1, and 1.21.
The creator notes that the mod should work alongside Optifine. Look, if you use a resource pack that changes progress bar colors, the progress bar might even apply that custom pack color while reloading.

The project was created by dima_dencep and is released under the Open Software License 3.0. It is listed on Modrinth in the Performance, Utility, and Quality of Life categories.
Because this is a free and open source project, creators are allowed to include it in modpacks as long as they provide proper attribution. At the same time, re-hosting or re-uploading the mod file to other third-party websites is not allowed. For additional help or questions, the author hosts a community Discord server.
