Mekanism x Create: Northstar

What this mod does Mekanism x Create: Northstar is a cross-compatibility mod that makes Mekanism and Create: Northstar Redux share resources and progression. The core idea is simple: your MekaSuit becomes a viable space suit, and the oxygen and hydrogen you already produce in Mekanism can fuel Northstar rockets or keep you breathing in vacuum. ## MekaSuit modules Four custom modules slot into the MekaSuit armor pieces. The Space Suit Unit provides the base environmental protection needed off-world. The Oxygen Tank Unit stores breathable gas directly on the suit. The Space Suit Insulation Unit handles temperature extremes in space. The Heat Resistive Module adds protection against high-heat environments. Each module installs like any other MekaSuit upgrade through the standard module UI. ## Shared fluids Mekanism's liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen are recognized as valid rocket propellants by Create: Northstar. You can pipe them straight from a Mekanism electrolytic separator or chemical plant into Northstar's fuel tanks. The same oxygen supply feeds the suit's breathing system through the Oxygen Tank Unit, so one production chain serves both propulsion and life support. ## Compatibility and requirements The mod runs on Forge and NeoForge. Supported Minecraft versions are 1.20.1 and 1.21.1 - no other versions are declared. Both Mekanism and Create: Northstar Redux must be present for any of this to work. The mod is required on both client and server. License is All Rights Reserved, so redistribution or inclusion in public packs needs permission from the author. ## Credits meepr_dib contributed the space unit module and oxygen tank module textures. Kapitencraft helped with the mixin implementation that makes the integration possible. pupnewfster guided the registration of custom MekaSuit modules, which lacks public documentation.
