Slideshow(Fabric) is a Minecraft mod that adds a Slide Show Projector block capable of projecting online images and animated GIFs into the game world. This block functions as an in-game display that loads content directly from URLs provided by the user.
How to Use
Place the Slide Show Projector block in your world and right-click it to open the graphical user interface. In the GUI, paste the URL of the image or GIF you wish to display. The interface includes controls to adjust the width and height of the projection, set horizontal and vertical offsets, and change the orientation (such as flipping or rotating the image). Hovering over each icon in the GUI reveals its function, allowing for precise customization without guesswork.
Multiplayer and Technical Requirements
The mod requires installation on both the client and server in multiplayer environments to function correctly. It's built exclusively for the Fabric mod loader and does not support Forge or other loaders in this version. For multiplayer to work, all clients and the server must run the same version of the mod; mismatched versions may result in failed image loading or connection issues.
Supported Minecraft Versions
Slideshow(Fabric) supports the following Minecraft versions: 1.21.1, 1.21, 1.20.4, 1.20.1, 1.19.4, 1.19.2, 1.18.2, and 1.17.1. Each version requires a corresponding build of the mod. Using a version outside this list may prevent the mod from loading or cause instability.

Important Notes
The mod doesn't host, cache, or store any images; it retrieves content live from the provided URL each time the image is rendered. Therefore, an active internet connection is required to display external content. While worlds from older versions may theoretically be loaded in newer versions (e.g., a 1.0.2 world in 1.0.3), this is not guaranteed and carries risk of data corruption or mod conflicts. Always back up your world before attempting to load it with a different version of the mod.
