Our summary

What this project does

What it does Berry Harvester bridges Create and Cobblemon so Mechanical Harvesters can work with Cobblemon berry bushes. When a bush reaches growth stage 3 the harvester picks it, leaves the bush planted at stage 1, and sends 2 to 4 berries into the attached inventory or belt system. The behavior mirrors vanilla sweet berry bushes but uses Cobblemon's own growth stages. ## Who it's for This mod is for players who already run Create and Cobblemon together and want full automation for berry farming. If you build contraptions with Mechanical Harvesters and want them to handle Cobblemon berries without manual replanting, this adds that missing link. ## Verified capabilities - Mechanical Harvesters recognize Cobblemon berry bushes at age 3 and harvest them automatically. - The bush stays in the world and resets to age 1 after each harvest. - Each harvest yields 2 to 4 berries deposited into the connected Create network. - No extra blocks or items are added; the mod only teaches the existing harvester how to handle these bushes. ## Compatibility and requirements The mod runs on Neoforge for Minecraft version 1.21.1 only. It requires both Create and Cobblemon to be present. The client side is optional so players can join a server that has the mod without installing it themselves, but the server must have it installed. The license is MIT. ## Automation workflow Place a Mechanical Harvester facing a row of Cobblemon berry bushes. Connect its output to a belt, depot, or chest. As bushes mature to stage 3 the harvester activates, collects the berries, and the bush immediately reverts to stage 1, ready for the next cycle. No player interaction is needed after the initial setup. ## Multiplayer notes Because the client side is optional, only the server needs the mod file. Clients without the mod can still see harvested berries appear in containers and watch bushes reset visually, since all logic runs server-side.
