What Control Craft adds to Valkyrien Skies ships Control Craft is an expansion for Valkyrien Skies that gives you finer control over how your airships and mechanical builds move and behave. It introduces a set of multi-functional physics controllers, adjustable power sources, and a handful of utility blocks that let you tune gravity, drag, and alignment per structure. The mod also ships with Cimulink, a circuitry system that lets you design logic with gates, sensors, and Lua scripts, then compress entire networks into single reusable modules. All of this is built for the Forge loader on Minecraft 1.20.1 and requires the mod on both client and server. ## Physics controllers and power sources The controller lineup includes dynamic and kinematic motors plus pistons for rotational and linear motion. Propellers and vector thrusters let you set custom torque, angle, and thrust direction. Flap bearings and a compact flap variant give you responsive control surfaces. On the utility side, a gravitational anchor lets you customize drag and gravity per ship, while a spatial anchor helps align physics structures. A camera block lets you link to a ship from thousands of blocks away for remote viewing. ## Cimulink circuitry Cimulink works like a block-based circuit designer. You place familiar components - logic gates, comparators, analog adders, sensors, and Lua script blocks - then compress the whole network into a single block-sized module. This replaces large redstone contraptions with something you can reuse across different ships. The in-game guide is viewable with Patchouli installed. ## Compatibility and requirements Control Craft runs on Forge for Minecraft 1.20.1 only. So it must be installed on both the client and the server. The project is licensed All Rights Reserved. The author notes the current branch targets Valkyrien Skies 2.5.0, so that version or a compatible one is expected. Issue reports are directed to the project's Discord or QQ channel with logs and reproduction steps.
