Our summary

What this project does

Overview

Grim kingdoms: Vanilla Edition is a world generation project created by HardWater. Classified under the Adventure, Building & Decoration, and World Generation categories, this project enriches world exploration by generating close to 100 handmade fantasy and medieval forts, citadels, and castles across Minecraft worlds. The author explicitly notes that users are free to add the project to any modpack, and the project is distributed under the LicenseRef-All-Rights-Reserved license.

Vanilla Features and Loot Structure

Every castle, citadel, fort, and ruin in this edition is constructed using vanilla features only. In terms of items, this vanilla version removes hidden unique vanilla items, meaning there are no items included in this version of the mod. Players exploring the interiors of these fortifications will find that all generated containers and chests rely exclusively on vanilla loot tables.

Resident Mobs and Encounters

The various castles, citadels, forts, and ruins are actively inhabited by vanilla mobs residing directly within the structures. Explorers can encounter pillagers and vindicators defending the fortresses, as well as standard zombies and wolves. Honestly, skeletons populate the ruins in both stray and wither variations. And feral white rabbits are kept residing inside the structures.
