Our summary

What this project does

What this mod doesHoming Ender Eye changes what happens when you throw an Eye of Ender and it breaks. Instead of vanishing, the broken eye reappears on the nearest end portal frame. You can see at a glance how many eyes have already been used at that stronghold.## Two tracking modesThe mod stores data in your world save. By default it runs in shared mode. Every broken eye counts for everyone on the server. If three players each break a few eyes, the portal frame shows the total. Switch to individual mode and each player sees only their own count. Steve breaks three eyes, he sees three on the frame. Alex breaks none, she sees an empty frame. Changing modes wipes the stored data, so pick one before you start hunting.## Requirements and compatibilityServer side is required. Client side is optional - players without the mod can still join, they just won't see the eyes on frames. The mod runs on Fabric and Neoforge. Supported Minecraft versions are 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.6, and 1.21.8. On Fabric you also need Fabric API and Cloth Config API installed. Neoforge has no extra dependencies listed.## Who should use itIf you run a server where multiple people hunt strongholds, shared mode keeps the group coordinated. Solo players or competitive groups may prefer individual mode so progress stays private. The mod is lightweight, licensed MIT, and doesn't add new items or recipes - it only changes the behavior of an existing item.
