What it does Idle Tweaks addresses a single issue: Minecraft continues to consume CPU and GPU cycles after you alt-tab away. The mod detects when the game window is unfocused and automatically applies three limits. It caps the frame rate to a value you choose, reduces the render distance to a lower setting you define, and mutes all game audio. When you return focus to the window, the original settings restore instantly. ## Who it suits This mod is for players who keep Minecraft open while doing other tasks such as watching video, browsing, or running a server on the same machine.
