Passive Endermen

What it does Passive Endermen changes how endermen behave without removing them from the game. By default it stops them from teleporting, picking up or placing blocks, and attacking you just because you looked at them. Each of those three behaviors is a separate toggle in the config file, so you can keep the parts you want and disable the rest. The mod is server-side only. Clients don't need it installed to join, which makes it easy to drop into an existing server or modpack without asking every player to update their launcher. ## Configuration Three options control the behavior. preventEndermenFromTeleporting defaults to true and keeps endermen rooted in place. preventEndermenFromGriefing defaults to true and stops them from moving blocks around your builds. preventEndermenFromAttackingFirst defaults to true and removes the stare-triggered aggression. Flip any of them to false if you prefer vanilla behavior for that specific mechanic. ## Who it's for This mod suits server owners and pack makers who want endermen in the world but without the random block damage or surprise fights. It also helps players who find the stare mechanic annoying but still want ender pearls to drop naturally. Because the mod does not alter enderman drops or spawning, existing farms and loot tables continue to work unchanged. ## Compatibility The project lists support for Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, and Quilt. Supported Minecraft versions are 26.3, 26.2, 26.1.2, 26.1.1, 26.1, 1.21.11, 1.21.10, and 1.21.9. No client-side installation is required. The license is All Rights Reserved, though the author permits use in modpacks as long as downloads stay within the CurseForge or Modrinth ecosystems.
