What you get
Enchantments Encore expands your equipment options by adding a new tier of enchantments that fit into vanilla progression. You obtain these enchantments the same way you find vanilla ones. Some come from loot chests or the enchanting table. Others trade through villagers or drop from mobs in combat. Even mob equipment can spawn with these new enchantments naturally.
The mod also generates a special structure during world creation. Real talk, each one holds a guaranteed enchantment from this collection, giving you a reason to explore and hunt for specific gear upgrades.
In-game tools
Starting with version 3.2, you can browse all available enchantments from your pause menu. The in-game wiki shows what each enchantment does and which equipment it works with, so you don't have to alt-tab to check details. This is especially useful when you're not sure what a particular enchantment offers or how it compares to vanilla options.
Installation and server setup
The datapack approach means there's almost nothing to configure. For mod installations, the resource pack loads automatically, making the new enchantments visually distinct from vanilla ones. If you're running a PaperMC server or a fork like Purpur, you'll need one server-level change: set allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards to true in your paper config. Without this setting, some of the mod's mechanics won't function properly.
Compatibility
Enchantments Encore plays nicely with other enchantment mods. It works alongside NeoEnchant+ and Enchantments of Katters Structures without stepping on each other's toes. Version 2.5 and later also support Enchantment Lore if you want overlaid lore text on your gear. Most other enchantment datapacks will be compatible too, though they won't know about each other's enchantments.
Requirements and versions
This mod requires a server (multiplayer worlds or Realms) but is optional on the client. That means you can join servers running it even if you don't have it installed yourself. The mod loader support spans Datapack, Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, and Quilt across Minecraft versions 26.2 and 26.3. This project is licensed under GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
