QueerCraft

QueerCraft is the oldest and most established LGBTQ+ Minecraft server, founded in January 2012 by Beau Hebert as a virtual sanctuary and support network for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies. What started as a small group of friends has grown into a thriving community with over 90,000 unique members across 70+ countries, now operating as a registered nonprofit organization. The server features Nova, a popular semi-vanilla survival world where players can go mining, create map art, and participate in an active multiplayer economy. Additionally, QueerCraft offers themed creative worlds for builders and artists. The community is known for its welcoming atmosphere, with volunteer staff greeting every new member and offering personalized tours. QueerCraft hosts regular live events including a weekly four-hour radio broadcast every Saturday night, complete with DJ-hosted music requests and webcam hangouts in their Zoom room. Supporting both Java and Bedrock editions with a maximum capacity of 250 players, QueerCraft provides a safe, inclusive space where LGBTQ+ gamers can build, explore, and connect with like-minded individuals from around the world.
