Inventive Inventory Overview Inventive Inventory is a client-side Fabric mod that enhances inventory handling in Minecraft. And it provides tools for sorting, locking slots, saving profiles, auto-refilling stacks, and tracking item counts - all configurable via keybinds or a config screen accessible through command or ModMenu. ## Sorting Press R (default) to sort the container you're viewing. The mod checks your cursor position: if you're looking at a chest but your mouse is over your inventory, your inventory sorts instead. Hold the Advanced Operation Key (Alt default) during sorting to preserve the cursor stack. This works with all container types. ## Locked Slots Hold Alt and click a slot to lock it. Locked slots are ignored by sorting, auto-refill, and profile loading. When picking up or quick-moving items, they won't enter locked slots and instead drop to the ground. Individual feature respect for locks can be configured. ## Profiles Save your hotbar and offhand layout for later use. Hold V to open the radial profile menu: hover over '+' and release V to create a profile (hold Alt to name it), hold Left Ctrl and release V to overwrite, or hold Alt and release V to delete. Profiles can also be loaded via keybinds (Alt + 1 - 3 default) or commands. Enable Fast Load to skip the modifier key. Manage profiles in the Config Screen under the Profile tab, accessible via /inventive_inventory config or ModMenu. ## Automatic Refilling When your held stack runs low, the mod pulls matching items from your inventory to refill it. Works with blocks, food, buckets, bowls, bottles, and tools. Hold the Advanced Operation Key (Alt) to temporarily disable refilling. ## Item Counter See total counts of identical items in your inventory directly on hotbar icons. Choose in config whether to display individual items or full stacks. Helpful for builders and miners tracking resources without opening inventory.
