Minecraft Dungeons II Is Live: New Illager Council, Sift Dimension, and Co-op Action

Minecraft Dungeons II has just launched, bringing a fresh wave of loot, new enemies, and a brand-new dimension called the Sift. The game is available now on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Switch 2.

Meet the Illager High Council

The new campaign centers on a trio of illagers: the Prime Enchanter, the Supreme Evoker, and the Grand Illusioner. Together they form the Illager High Council, which has begun attacking the Overworld through mysterious rifts. Players must stop the council before it destabilizes both worlds.

Combat and Customization

Combat feels more intense than the first game. New mobs appear in explosive encounters, and the Illager High Council launches coordinated attacks. Players can tackle these challenges solo or with up to four friends in online or couch co-op. The game expands the arsenal with new weapons, armor, enchants, talismans, and artifacts. Mixing gear lets you craft a playstyle that fits your taste - there’s no single “right” way to play.

The Sift is a previously unknown realm filled with otherworldly wonders, strange mobs, and hidden secrets.
