What it does
Clean F3 is a client-side mod for Minecraft that trims down the F3 debug screen. Instead of showing every line Minecraft can print, it lets you hide the ones you don't care about. The goal is a debug screen that shows what matters to you and nothing else.
The mod doesn't just touch vanilla output either. It can also hide debug lines added by other mods, including Distant Horizons, EntityCulling, Iris, JourneyMap, LambDynamicLights, Litematica, ModernFix, Presence Footsteps, Sodium, and ViaFabric. That list isn't exhaustive, so other mods may be covered too.
Who it's for
If you play with a heavy modpack and your F3 screen turns into a wall of text from every performance and rendering mod you've installed, this is built for you. It's also useful if you stream or record and want a cleaner debug overlay without turning F3 off entirely. It won't help on a server, since the mod is client-side only and has no server-side component.
Configuration
Every setting lives in a config screen built with MidnightLib, so you decide line by line what stays and what goes. There's no need to edit files by hand.
Compatibility notes
Clean F3 runs on Fabric and NeoForge, across Minecraft 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.20.2, 1.20.3, 1.20.4, 1.20.5, 1.20.6, 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.2, 1.21.3, 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 1.21.6, 1.21.7, and 1.21.8.
A few specific compatibility points are worth knowing before you install it. NeoForge support works through the Sinytra Connector, and that path doesn't work with Forge on 1.20.1. ImmediatelyFast already ships its own setting to turn off its debug info, so Clean F3 doesn't duplicate that toggle. Honestly, according to the mod's own FAQ, development isn't planned to continue past 1.21.8, because vanilla Minecraft added its own way to customize the F3 screen, which the author says makes a separate mod for this less necessary going forward.
The project's repository also lists some recent additions: Chinese translations and support for hiding Figura's debug output, plus a fix for a crash that could happen alongside JourneyMap and a workaround for a Sodium issue involving Planifolia.

Clean F3 is released under the MIT License, so the source is open for anyone to read or build on.
