Matthiesen Lib API

What this library does Matthiesen Lib API is a server-side library mod for Minecraft 1.21.1. It gives mod developers an Architectury-style foundation so they can write shared logic once and have it work on both Fabric and NeoForge without maintaining separate codebases. The library itself adds no gameplay features. It only exists because another mod lists it as a required dependency. If you're a player, you install it only when a mod tells you to. ## Who it is for This is a developer tool. Regular players do not need it unless a mod they want to play requires it. Mod authors who want a single codebase targeting both Fabric and NeoForge on 1.21.1 are the intended audience. The project is licensed under MIT. ## Deprecation notice The author has marked this library as deprecated. It won't receive further updates. A successor project called Matthiesen Core now provides a more solid and feature-rich foundation for the same purpose. New mods should use Matthiesen Core instead. Existing mods that still depend on this API will continue to function, but the library itself is frozen at the 1.21.1 version line. ## Compatibility and side requirements The mod runs on Fabric and NeoForge. It's server-side only; the client side is unsupported. The only Minecraft version declared is 1.21.1. No other versions are supported. There's a companion mod named Matthiesen Lib that provides the full server and client implementation plus optional dependencies, but this API mod is the minimal server-side piece. ## Telemetry The library uses FastStats to collect anonymous usage data. You can disable collection by setting enabled to false in the metrics.properties file located in the config/matthiesen_lib_api folder inside your game directory.
