Project Overview
Nether-Star War's is a project created by tibr for Minecraft 1.21.11 that aims to recreate abilities, items, and interactions from the Star Wars movie franchise. Classified under the Adventure, Equipment, and Magic categories, the project incorporates core franchise systems such as the light side's force, the dark side's force, two distinct lightsaber variations for each side, and various NPCs and items, including stormtroopers and their blasters.
Gaining Force Abilities
Players can acquire force powers through crafting sequences or direct commands, with most recipes unlocking progressively during gameplay. Here's the thing, once eaten, the force toggles on automatically, and players can press G to toggle the ability on or off at any time.
The Light Side Force
To acquire the light side's force through crafting:
- Craft a basic kyber crystal by placing a diamond in the center of the crafting grid, surrounding it with blaze powder, and filling the remaining corners with packed ice.
- Place the crafted kyber crystal in the crafting grid, surround it with amethyst, and fill the corners with magma cream.
- Eat the resulting crystal to gain the light side's force.
Alternatively, players can obtain it directly by running the command /function sw:force/obtain.
The Dark Side Force
To acquire the dark side's force:
- Craft a base kyber crystal using a diamond in the center, blaze powder surrounding it, and packed ice in the corners.
- Obtain leather from a cow and hide from a rabbit.
- Place the kyber crystal in the center of the grid, place the leather directly above it, and place the rabbit hide directly beside the leather to craft a red kyber crystal.
- Surround the red kyber crystal with amethyst and place magma cream in the corners.
- Eat the crystal to gain the dark side's force.
Alternatively, players can grant this power immediately using the command /function sw:force/obtain_evil.
Compatibility and Installation
Nether-Star War's is published under the MIT License and supports Minecraft 1.21.11. The project can be installed using Fabric, Forge, Neoforge, Quilt, or as a Datapack. Server-side installation is required, whereas client-side installation is optional. Players who encounter issues or bugs can submit reports through the author's Planet Minecraft profile.
