What the mod adds
Standard beds reset your spawn location whenever you sleep in them. Comforts fixes that problem by adding portable sleeping bags and daytime hammocks. These items give you practical sleep options while preserving your existing home base spawn point.
Both sleeping bags and hammocks come in 16 different colors. Sleeping bags are stackable, which makes them very convenient to carry on trips across your world. When night falls in the wilderness, you can use a sleeping bag to pass the night and pack it back up without losing your home spawn. Hammocks operate in the opposite way. Instead of skipping the night, a hammock turns day to night so you can wake up right as darkness begins.
Crafting and dyeing recipes
To craft a sleeping bag, place three pieces of matching colored wool in a straight line inside the crafting grid. You aren't locked into your starting choice. Folks who try this can dye any crafted sleeping bag into any of the 16 available colors, or re-dye an existing colored sleeping bag.
Hammocks require a crafted hammock cloth. You make the cloth by placing one piece of colored wool directly in the center, placing sticks at the top and bottom slots, and filling the remaining slots with string. Like sleeping bags, you can dye white hammock cloth into any color or re-dye colored hammocks.
Configuration options
Comforts provides several configuration options to adjust how resting works in your world. You can enable or disable the auto-use sleeping bag setting, adjust the sleepiness factor, or activate a well-rested mechanic. Here's the thing, additional settings let you manage sleeping bag break chances, apply sleeping bag debuffs, configure insulated sleeping bags, or allow hammocks to be used at night.

Comforts is developed by TheIllusiveC4 and licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later. The project is categorized under adventure and building and decoration.
The mod is required on both the client side and the server side. It supports the Forge, Fabric, and Neoforge mod loaders. Supported Minecraft versions include 26.2, 26.1.2, and 1.21.11.
