TheVoidBox

TheVoidBox at thevoidbox.org is a solid pick if you want something outside the usual crowd. It runs Minecraft, so you get all the building, crafting and survival mechanics the game is known for. The name gives you a hint that it leans into void-style or skyblock-type play, which fits players who like starting from nothing and working up. Worth a look if you want a change from standard survival worlds.
