What it doesLanguageReloadUnofficial is a client-side mod for Forge and NeoForge that overhauls how Minecraft handles language selection. Instead of reloading the entire resource pack system when you change languages, it swaps translations on the fly. You can open the language menu, type in a search box to find the one you want, and select several languages at once. The game will use the first language that has a translation for each string, falling down the list until it finds a match.## Multilingual searchThe mod extends that fallback logic to the creative inventory and the recipe book. When you type in the search field, it checks every selected language, so you can find items by their name in any of those languages. If you prefer the vanilla behavior, you can turn multilingual search off in the mod options through Mod Menu or by editing the config file directly.## Keyboard shortcutsTwo default keybinds let you manage languages without opening menus. Press F3 + J to reload all language files instantly. Hold Shift and press F3 + J to cycle through your selected languages in order.## Automatic detectionIf your options.txt file doesn't already contain a language entry, the mod will attempt to detect your system language and apply a matching translation on first launch.## Compatibility and requirementsThis is an unofficial fork of the original LanguageReload. The author requests that bugs be reported to this project, not to the upstream mod. It runs on the client only; the server side is unsupported. Supported loaders are Forge and NeoForge. Verified Minecraft versions are 1.21.3, 1.21.1, 1.21, and 1.20.1. The license is GPL-3.0-only.
