Connected Glass

What Connected Glass adds to the game Connected Glass introduces four brand new glass block families. Each family comes in all 16 dye colors and includes matching panes. The mod does not replace vanilla glass. It simply expands your palette with extra options that connect visually when placed next to each other. The four families are Connecting Glass, Clear Glass, Scratched Glass, and Tinted Glass. Connecting Glass uses the standard glass look but joins textures across touching blocks. Clear Glass gives you a cleaner, more transparent version of the same textures. Scratched Glass brings back the old programmer art glass textures from early Minecraft versions. Tinted Glass adds connecting and colored variants of the light blocking tinted glass. The tinted variants still prevent light from passing through. ## Who this mod is for Builders who want more glass variety without losing the vanilla blocks will get the most mileage. The connecting textures reduce the visible grid lines on large windows, greenhouses, and modern builds. Having every color and pane available means you can match any palette. The mod works on both client and server so everyone in a multiplayer world sees the same connected textures. ## Compatibility and requirements You need to install the mod on both the client and the server. Supported mod loaders are NeoForge, Fabric, Quilt, and Forge. The declared Minecraft versions are 26.1, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2, and 26.3. No other versions are listed as supported. If you run Sodium older than 0.6 you'll also need Indium. Sodium replaces the vanilla rendering pipeline and ignores the Fabric Rendering API that Connected Glass relies on. Indium patches Sodium to restore that API support. Newer Sodium versions include the fix themselves. The mod is licensed All Rights Reserved but the author explicitly allows modpack inclusion. You can add it to any pack you distribute.
