MythicBotany is an addon for Botania that expands the mod while staying true to its core design principles. The Mana Infuser and Alfsteel
The mod introduces the mana infuser, a new multiblock structure that upgrades the terrestrial agglomeration plate. You create it by placing gold and shimmerrock underneath the infuser. Once set up, you can craft Alfsteel using Alfheim resources as the primary component. This gives you an alternative progression path beyond Terrasteel. Alfsteel enables new armor, improved pylons, and other equipment, adding another late-game material and set of gear to work toward. For players seeking additional endgame content, Alfsteel extends what Botania offers without feeling disconnected from the mod's existing systems.
Five New Mana Flowers
MythicBotany adds five flowers that generate mana through different methods, each filling a specific niche in your mana production.
Wither Aconite converts nether stars into mana, turning rare Nether drops into a renewable mana source. Exoblaze fills brewing stands' fuel with mana when placed nearby, linking mana generation to potion production and rewarding automation. Hellebore prevents piglins and hoglins from zombifying in the overworld, protecting your base from unwanted mob conversions without requiring combat intervention.
Aquapanthus fills petal apothecaries and cauldrons in its vicinity automatically, reducing the manual labor needed for certain crafting recipes. Raindeletia generates mana during rain but requires clear sky view. You can increase its output by placing it on vivid grass or enchanted soil, letting you optimize production based on your available resources and terrain.
Alfheim Dimension
The mod adds an Alfheim dimension with new biomes and structures. This content draws inspiration from Norse mythology, giving the dimension a distinct visual and thematic character. Technical Requirements
