Wintermc

wintermc.net has its own feel once you spawn in, the kind of place where the name itself sets the tone before you've even checked a single build. You can connect at wintermc.net and see what's actually going on for yourself. It's the sort of address you bookmark and poke back into every so often to check what's changed.
